Is True Evolution the right choice for me?

Yoga mentorship is available to anyone of any age or state of health who is looking to make positive changes in their life. The mentorship relationship requires a commitment to a personal daily practice and is reserved for those who feel ready to do the deep inner-work Yoga requires of us. When considering Yoga, please keep in mind that time, effort and consistency are necessary for positive change to be possible.

What can I expect to pay for services?

Your FIRST mentoring session is an in-depth two hour intake with an investment of $195. Hour long, weekly mentoring sessions are provided for $105.

Where are sessions held?

Mentorship Sessions are held for local clients at a private studio in Ann Arbor, MI. Virtual sessions are available for local or non-local clients who have a stable internet connection.
